One of my biggest beefs with Black Fundamentalist Christians is the belief that Christian Afterlives Matter more than Black Lives Matter.

One of my biggest beefs with Black Fundamentalist Christians is the belief that Christian Afterlives Matter more than Black Lives Matter.

Biblical simply means it is found in the Bible. There are many immoral concepts in the Bible.
Genocide is biblical.
Sexual assault is biblical.
Slavery is biblical.
None of them are moral.

If your theology is obsessed with sexual purity, suffering, lust and rule-keeping, I don't trust you. And I don't want to go to your heaven.

In Fundamentalist Christianity, the reputation of the Bible > the well-being of the people.
I use the Bible to the extent that it benefits the people. When the Bible leads to oppression, suppression, anxiety, depression, mental anguish and emotional torment, I reject it.
It's that simple for me.
