If I was a Russian agent and wanted to destroy a country that destroyed the USSR while Putin was head of the KGB I would:
1st isolate country
2nd impose sanctions like Tariffs
3rd crash the economy
4th devalue the dollar
5th install agents in the highest cabinet positions
Tariffs achieve 4 of 5!
