I got out of #LA safely.

I chose to evacuate early. While they got the fire under control that was nearest me, I just didn’t wanna be exposed to the air quality.

Was in Melrose and saw this 👇🏾 on Tuesday about 6PM. I sped home, packed up and dipped. Horrifying.

Not I completely cleaned out my fridge and bought shxt solely in alignment with my fitness goals! Threw everything the hell out.

Started off 2025 (last week) with a gym PR. 450 LBS. 💪🏾🙏🏾

I remember I thought I had lifted the world when I reached 270 LBS. 😭
