Ultimately she has been charged with resisting arrest because she walked away from the officers (she was not being detained) and "disorderly conduct," which is a nebulous, catch-all charge when they don't get like something but there's no specific law against it

We had an arrest down here in Fairhope, Al. A 61yo grandma was thrown to the ground. The officer walked all over her American flag. He held her down while two other officers jumped on and cuffed her. Her crime? Wearing an inflatable penis.

We had an arrest down here in Fairhope, Al. A 61yo grandma was thrown to the ground. The officer walked all over her American flag. He held her down while two other officers jumped on and cuffed her. Her crime? Wearing an inflatable penis.

There were stores and restaurants where we were at, and the employees wanted to join but were working. They let everyone use their bathrooms without purchase and gave some pepper freebies and extras when possible. I took our group to the Starbucks to support their support.

I don't know. Her husband said her bail was $500, and he left to pay it. Thing is, our county is so large that there are city jails that hold for transport to the county jail. You can't bail out from city jail, only county. She might not get there until tomorrow morning
