So, tl;dr, Invisigal’s only a bitch because you see the villain, not the hero you’re supposed to guide her to become.

She may be fake, but y’all better not do this to people actually like her. It brings the phrase, “punishing the behavior you want to see” to mind.

‘Cuz when she does the right thing, when she smiles…

Then you both know you’ll be alright. Sometimes all it takes to turn someone’s life around is to show them the way.

Not everyone knows or believes they can possibly change themselves. And Invisigal goes from this angry, rebellious loner to a truly selfless hero.

But only. If you. Help her. SEE that.

If you can’t see her… Then she might as well be invisible forever.

Then she catches the perp after two unsuccessful attempts, either by her own recklessness or otherwise, and she gets praised for it. She smiles for doing a good deed, ‘cuz helping people GIVES HER JOY MORE THAN ANYTHING SHE’S EVER STOLEN!

-because she has “evil powers” and grew up as a thief with no real support system, that she was fated to be a villain. But as Robert, you can show her that’s not true.

BECAUSE IT’S YOUR JOB TO REDEEM THESE BAD GUYS AND SHOW THEM THEY CAN BE GOOD AND KIND PEOPLE.

This is a woman who spent all her life being a villain, and HATED herself for it. She tries to do the right thing, as required for the Phoenix Program, but she screws up all the time because she had it drilled into her head that-

-in frustration. With Robert? She DID punch him in the face.

Then episode 3 comes by, her performance is even worse. She was even at the bottom of the leaderboards. So she decided it would be better if she threw in the towel.

… She was never angry at Robert. But HERSELF.

With every successful call, Visi is audibly proud of herself before switching gears. She LIKES helping people.

Then she tried to break into Granny’s to pick up a donut for SDN’s new hire, Robert, only to get into a fight with him and threw the donut at his keyboard-

From that point on, she’s not a team player, and causes beef with her teammates and letting perps get away. Her starting power is even called “Lone Wolf.” Sounds like a real bitch, right?

Wrong.

So when we first meet Invisigal, there’s a lot of key takeaways.

1.) She’s openly vulgar and lewd,
2.) She has to hold her breath to turn invisible, and is an asthmatic,
3.) She’s the first member of the Z-Team and she makes a bad first impression by spying on you.
