After a trial over the last few years, Ireland has launched a permanent scheme giving a basic income of €325 a week for artists.

As I understand it, today's action films, especially ones bankrolled by streaming services, are frontloaded with needless exposition so people who look at their phones will understand the plot. But IMO most of today's action films are only watchable if you have something else to do while they're on.
