I mean, I loved MaoMao’s chaos in a few clips I saw back around the time it first aired so that’s what got me into it. Then I saw it had pregnancy too and went =0
Obviously I’m not spoiling much since I know you probably don’t want spoilers but- There ARE tums in the show. And that was a nice bonus.

Apothecary Diaries does have tums though. Quite a few times and they’re central to the plot last I knew.
