All credit to Kash for the list. Kinda wished for a second Energy Switch and could see the use for a Bloodmoon Ursaluna, but I’d very happily play this 60 again.

Me: “Maybe I should pair this with Terapagos”

Deck: Ancient Box
Finish: 6th/17 (+8 CSP)
Cheesed the R1 win and breezed R2, but hit the absolute worst possible 2–0 match-up, considering table 1 was Raging Bolt v Miraidon-less Miraidon. I would’ve lost the prize race in G3 R4, but we ran out of time

I was safe to double ID into cut, but got punished for playing out R4 by hitting a Thorns/Cornerstone/Noivern stall deck in Top 8: had no window of opportunity in G1 and couldn’t capitalise on my 1-turn window G2 💀

Stuck between a rock and a hard place for deck choice, decided to dodge the 3 Drago instead of auto-lose to Thorns. Couldn’t attack until T3 R1 and paired into an atrocious matchup R4, but otherwise did okay

Unexpectedly big attendance for a Challenge here resulted in a switch to best-of-one. Low-rolled the variance, but ultimately cheated myself out of points with a big gameplay error in the last round

Different deck, different group, different town for the trip this time, better result. Mesagoza tails cost me R1 and bricked against the brat who called Wellspring bad, but overall satisfied with the outcome
