Oil mkt is facing downward pressure as time spreads weaken from stock builds. OPEC is under pressure from US Admin to follow through on April increas which will only worsen oversupply=Brent prices into the 60's. Mkt can only bal with a substantial loss of Iran exp which requires more US sanctions
