I'm dissatisfied with the status quo. This used to be difficult for me. I couldn't understand why things were so fucked up and felt powerless about it. Then, I realized that rather than waiting for someone to come fix it, maybe I could be that person. 1/

One of the main reasons I started using positive psychology as a #lifecoach is that too often clients get overly focused on what's wrong in their lives. I've found that focusing on what is right and working to create more of it helps clients move through their blocks with more ease and #joy.
