20k people transported per hour is great. No hwy on earth is getting close. Transportation is only getting more expensive. If it isn’t built now it will cost the falsely claimed price in 8-10yrs. Wisconsin rail plans were canned by a GOP gov. The Midwest is missing out on any rail network now.
