I would buy this because I like to drink it! And make creamier sauces too, but yum it's best to sip it.

Ok, I was just reading Wikipedia which mentions a lotta history to the symbol. But symbols change. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_tri...

Historically antifa symbol, but also Pro-Palestinian symbol today.

Maybe something is getting lost in translation, but it seems they are just banning the e-scooters and bikes? Or is that what you mean by 'that', the bikes/scooters are being banned but the buses remain free. Frankfurt has done a similar thing for the scooters on local transit.

In Germany, we have 1st class cabins/sections on regional and long distance transport, but the local bus, tram, and subway are all single class. A lot of people commute by regional and long distance trains, so this segmentation in commute does exist here.

I was wondering about the metro part. I'm traveling to India tomorrow and pre-purchased my train tickets and they have many different classes. Class 1 AC, 2AC, 3AC, Sleeper (the first three are also sleepers) the list goes on. Plus some trains are higher priority than others. It's pretty confusing.

Why are you griefing a worker-owned business for what is a humorous lark. Quick, call the mods on this 1-month old post and ban big bad Defector from Reddit. www.reddit.com/r/Star_Trek_...

I had to check the top of the list just to make sure he's not there! But no, just a bunch of legacy or uninteresting pods. More true crime I guess.

Yeah I don't know about that last beef, no on property parking? Probably a good thing to stop incentivizing car ownership. Take a bus or a bike, etc.

Good news, you don't need to take that deal! It does seem like Apple dropped the jack right when it went waterproof, but Sony, Asus, Motorola, and a bunch of Chinese brands manage to have a jack and be IP68 rated.

My Asus Zenfone 8 has a headphone jack and is waterproof. Well, less so now with a cracked back but it was when new!

Counterpoint, take a slightly older road bike, throw on upright handlebars and have a maneuverable but comfortable upright bike. With some luck, you can fit 35c tires on there too which ain't bad. Fenders, uh ... can't have everything!

I suspect they never learned to type. I'm amazed at the number of computer savvy people who type very poorly!

Do you remember what you were going to say about A Little Bit of Heaven? Your point got cut off where you were talking about the writer's career I think?

They are getting slightly more common in Germany, but their size is so out of place here. I would love to watch someone fill up a full tank and have a good laugh.

Certified bathroom drinker here in Germany, but I'm cheap! Not going out for 200€ meals, at that point who cares about buying water, sheesh.

Where in Germany? I'm pretty sure they are disallowed, unless a sign specifically permits it. In Frankfurt anyway.

I had this thought too, so I compared a 2009 Camry and a 2023 Camry. 3 inches longer, 50lbs heavier. Hm, fatalities doubled between these years. Accord got 2 inches longer, gained 9lbs, fatalities up 80%. Sounds plausible but cars aren't growing as fast as I thought. (I looked at base model, ymmv)

Runs into the 'only happening in the US' complication. I've been driving new cars in Germany recently, and visibility ain't great!

You're in luck, it's not exactly raw, it's pickled! Texture is interesting, skin is not that noticeable and the flavor is pretty strong.

Do you know how they work? It's plate readers. They take a picture of the plate and send the bill to the address associated with the plate, which is why people dispute their bills saying "I wasn't driving the car, it drove itself (or cousin/brother/kid/thief) and I shouldn't have to pay"

Also, probably shouldn't grant you the increased crashes point. There will be variation, but in general they decrease crashes. No need to clever, thinking outside the box here. They straightforwardly work. www.iihs.org/topics/red-l...
