Lol I made it clear from the start that I sure do care about the Paul Chiang story. And this story is (from what I know), a new one in Canadian politics. Do you have examples of CPC candidates publicly calling for the torture and probable death of candidates from other parties?

How would hypocrisy from the Conservatives (not exactly a new thing) at all reduce the morally horrific things that Paul Chiang called for regarding the other candidate? If people lose sight of that, then they lose sight of Canadian leaders who are actively doing the bidding of dictatorships

In what world does your concern consist of a finite amount where these two extremely different issues hinder your ability to be concerned by them both?

Perhaps their outrage is disingenuous (I wouldn't know, I'm not in their party), but either way this situation should concern every Canadian

It is not faux outrage to be angry at this story. Calling for violence against a political opponent (regardless of their party) is NEVER okay

I do mean this as respectfully as I can - but it is simply delusional to expect Trudeau to be able to prevent a Conservative victory at this point. There hasn't been a single reputable data point released in the last several months saying otherwise. I certainly agree that the next election is vital

His inability to read the room will set the Liberal Party back for elections to come -- just ask the (still-comatose) Ontario Liberals. I can't understand why his own party has remained so timid around him.

Great list, but citizenship and immigration is almost entirely federal.
