Techno shows Tommy the mark and Tommy sort of stares at it for a minute before yelling the louder than ever before.

Eventually, Tommy starts saying ‘hello’ to Phil and Wilbur in the mornings. Wilbur started to tear up when it first happened.
It’s after about eight months does Tommy take off his gloves, and when he does the familiar feeling Techno got when around him makes sense. On Tommy left-

s ask Techno for help with his homework or his day at school or sometimes, and this is very rare, about his past houses. When Tommy does talk about that last one, Wilbur and Phil are always out of the house. But Techno listens, no matter what Tommy wants to talk about. -

e Phil and Wilbur get home. Wilbur pouts when Techno tells him that Tommy talked to Techno.
But that day simultaneously changes everything and nothing between Techno and Tommy.
Tommy talks to Techno more, mostly about tiger sharks or sharks in general. But on occasion, Tommy doe-

Techno is a little shocked, but that quickly fades away to excitement. “Yes, yes you can.” And that’s how they spent their afternoon.

“My dad is over there with my brother.” Techno says, pointing to Phil and Wilbur looking at the great white sharks. The kid looks over, “Now will you answer my question?”
The boy goes to say some-

“Hi, do you know the name of those sharks?” the little boy asks. The boy looks around seven maybe. Where are the kid’s parents?
“These are tiger sharks.” Techno responds, then he asks, “Where are your parents?”
