So my character is based on "The Tale of the Shadow" she is a pirate captain. She was the lone survivor of a shipwreck that took her "best friend" (aka man she was in love with.)

He became the ship, his soul is stuck in the ship. And it's animate so she literally just asked and he flipped out.
