My understanding is that v@ginal estrogen is also an option for those for whom traditional HRT may not be a good fit, because it is localized versus systemic. One doctor I watched interviewed said “What happens in the v@gina stays in the v@gina.”

Reminder to do self-exams! A friend of mine just caught a lump from doing her monthly exam. Luckily, it turned out to be nothing. 🥹 But it’s always a good habit to check yourself regularly - better safe than sorry!
