Do the VAs actually go to a Supergiant studio to do the work, or can they do it without the ability to work in the US technically (via recording local)?

The only thing I'm confused about that is at least one is also a Director at the studio (and therefore ineligible) and a few aren't American at all (and thus can't join the union as it's for Americans). Obviously they probably can have their country's version of it.
