First homebrew of the new year here at the pub. This is my house beer, an English mild:
7lbs Maris otter
12oz biscuit malt
12oz uk crystal light

0.5oz target hops (60m)
0.5oz EKG hops (5m)

Wyeast London ESB 1968

OG 1.035, FG 1.009 - 3.4%
20 IBU

I serve mine on nitro. Very crushable beer!
