Very nice bus ride shift beer tonight, De Molen Calvados BA Barleywine. I normally sit by myself but of course on a night I decide I need to go overboard and use a glass it's a packed bus and someone sits next to me

Untappd is silly but The Hollows now has enough ratings to be in the rankings and is 3rd highest ranked brewery in NL. Meaningless in most ways but very nice that after moving overseas and doing everything in the absolute hardest way possible that people here embrace what we're doing.

26 hour brewday on Mon/Tue, home for 7 hours, back for another 12 hours yesterday/today, everything hurts, and I have to bartend this evening. But I'm home now and there's 1200L of actively fermenting 43.5° stout in the tank.

Bus ride shift beer. Ignore the Paulaner bottle I used as a growler, this is Aventinus Eisbock and goddamn it's even better then I remembered. It's been awhile because I'm not a big fan of the OG (too much banana) but the banana is barely here, and everything I like in the OG is concentrated
