So, in my fic canons, Poképhilia is legal, but Poképhiles face a lot of prejudice and don't have all the same rights. This is especially prevalent in the "Still Evolving" universe.
It occurred to me a long while back they'd have a Pride flag in canon. I finally made one. It's very subtle.
