Running complete for September. I upped the distance to 8k but also took a week's break, before doing 2 punishing hilly runs in Canada. On return to the UK my pace and consistency of pace across the distance have both improved - those hills seem to have helped my stamina! #running #bskyrunning

Back on my old phone for running as the GPS is more accurate. Ran this route 2 days ago & my new phone recorded it as 6.49km at an average pace of 6.59 per km. Conclusion: I'm running more quickly than I thought 😊 #running

My longest run since injuring my calf. Pleased with the pace. The final uphill kilometre was slow but I ran the first 5 in almost exactly the same time as my 5k run on Monday. Encouraging!
