Today I’ve been making many, many capsules! Capsules are excellent if someone can’t take an alcoholic tincture, and a tea or decoction is impractical. Filled with nothing but powdered herbs - no fillers or other substances.

I did a fun evening talk recently with a local group, where we looked at many different herbal preparations of rose. We had powdered petals and rose hips, tincture, capsule blends, rose hydrosol, essential oil and tea blends. This is my favourite rose tea - healing flowers - gorgeous!
