I've been lucky enough to live in the "other Washington" and it's been legal here for 13 years. No real problems, despite laws forcing shops work on cash basis only. It seems to be the one product that has been immune to inflation. Costs vary widely now ($2-$10/gram), but it's still dirt cheap.
