Bloodwork came back.
Good news, aside from high Triglycerides. Combine that with poor genetics, and i'm at high risk for stroke and heart attack. Gotta get my diet under control.

Got my first Well Check in, like, 5 years yesterday.

If @skylight.social is going to be a viable alternative to TikTok in the coming months, they need to get their act together and come up with a way to migrate whatever you can from a TT contact list over.
No way I'm gonna go through that list one at a time just to see who MIGHT have an acct already.

With everything going on right now, I dont think we give enough credit to Data Hoarders. People who back up as much information as they can to personal NASs.
I've seen some of them going to town on Gov websites before info was removed or change. That info will be sorely needed in the coming years.
