It’s definitely possible to get drastic results without the drug tbh, I lost about 50 lbs in 2024 with light dieting (mostly replacing bad stuff with good stuff) and 3x a week exercise

Man you are going to be stoked to find out that this is one of the things that GLP1s do (maybe less stoked that the genie is actually just big pharma)

I know this because of research to bolster my case that Tomatoes Do Not Belong on Hamburgers. It did not help my case but that’s slightly different to the bread aspect
