Regardless it is a photograph that haunts me. This child was obviously very unwell when this was taken and it breaks my heart that this might have been the only photograph they had of her. #mementomori

I’ve had a look through my book from The Thanatos Archive and some other online resources- but can’t find anything similar. There’s obviously a hand holding her on the right but if it was post-mortem she wouldn’t be holding the basket I presume?
