Our insurance (2 adults) is $14,000 +, this year. Copays & deductibles still limit the care we can afford. I have an appt in January that will cost $140 just for the initial consult. That's before any testing. That perfect MRI? Not covered. Exray? 50%. We still don't know our new rx coverage.

Ah, I see. That sucks about network. Our cable just added some streaming services, so we finally have ESPN+. That's the only way we can watch a lot of games. Amazon prime & YouTube each televise certain NFL & NBA games. I hope you find a good game somewhere. 🤞✌️

My uncle used to make traditional shepherds pie (he was very British). We do a variation my love calls "cowboy stew" - seasoned, well done ground beef on bottom, crispy sweet corn 2nd layer, mashed potatoes on top. And instant potatoes actually work best imo. Yummy 😋
