Given the choice, Edgar chooses potato chips over cheetos today. He's a rehomed baby and over 2 years old now. He's well trained and knows his name.
My boys get spoiled more the older they get. He's gone from a fight filled runt to a quiet gentleman who only wants what you're eating.

Can't even see the lake today.
Getting back into daily walking, yesterday we did 4 miles in the weight vest today we did just 1.5, tomorrow is my regular hiking day though and then I got a say of farm work after that so being gentle is in order. #hike #walk #photography #fitness

Did about 4 miles of walking in the weight vest this morning, hit shoulders in the afternoon, and some deadlifts while dinner was cooking. Spending the evening crawling in rats and watching south park and eating mandarins.

I've been making my breakfasts ahead of time lately. Just simply having it ready takes the hesitation and procrastination out of the equation. I'm consistently hitting my macros again, and all I do is fill one of these with milk and put it in the fridge before bed.
