Likes to talk about many things (Comics, Sonic, Mario, Cod Zombies, Puyo, Touhou, Fighting Games, etc...) and sometimes posts art.
Seeing 2013 ish Tumblr posts of Primis Richtofen covered in blood with a flower crown photoshopped on him with a cute caption is something lmao (i say that in a good way, i gen wish we had more positive people like that in the community instead of well... bigots)

Its genuinely interesting and funny learning that the side game mode from the chud big man badass fps game series had a small and yet dedicates fandom of mainly teenage girls on Devientart and Tumblr in the early 2010s

So its hard to say that ive grown to not like most of remasters for both gameplay reasons and visuals except for like Moon which benefited from the upgrades imo (despite the additions of iron crosses in the map which contradict the reason why Griffin Station even existed)

And Origins of course.

And Zombies Chronicles is still an incredible DLC when it comes to how much effort was poured into this thing.

Yeah the maps, visuals and music are all great, but the uninteresting weapon pool, gamefeel and cracked zombies ai that was somehow worst on launch apparently aint it for me anymore.

I have played this game for more than 600 hours to recently come to that conclusion.

The usual reply is the coop is what makes people go back to it, but multiplayer making a game more enjoyable is like an universal concept.

They should have allowed the devs to put all of their focus on a single game and allow for 2 year support if they really wanted two years worth of content from one subseries.

Cold War Zombies update cycle had so many neat features added it gen makes me wonder if they would have done the same if they were following the current release format

"Hey you can toggle your pack-a-punch camo by buying the game that comes right after this one in a few months"

except for the obvious of course

This approach of taking feedback and, instead of applying it to the current game, applying to the one that is essentially a remix of last year's release is frustrating.

I am sure working on two games of the same subseries at the same time is tedious, but why would publishers even push this format?

I get why things like a new map and content would be locked behind a new game even if i dont agree with the new format of two games from the same sub-series releasing back to back.

But locking balance changes behind a new release feels like if i was trying to follow a fighting game series the 90s.
