I heard this guy say that ruminating and intellectualizing the ‘why’ from a hurt can also keep you stuck in an unhealthy loop. It too doesn’t give your nervous system the space to feel safe.

The grief felt from relationships ending also needs a place to go. One way to get it to live outside your body is to journal the sensation you feel.

Who told me I like climbing? 😮💨 I love it. 🥾 I almost didn’t make it though. My love had to keep me encouraged along with fellow hikers (whose children RAN up the steep rock and left me lol)
