I forgot to post up my VCFMW table setup yesterday. There were so many lovely folks to chat with and share my love of these systems with.
The lead-up work for conventions is so stressful, but seeing so many folks connect with systems from Japan makes it all worthwhile.

I've decided to not bring home any new systems to work on since I have enough at home to keep me busy until VCFMW!

He switched over to Ko-fi but also shop is currently closed because Canada Post is on strike.

The size difference between new and old always makes me laugh. The new one is so light it doesn't need the metal surround.

I haven't really been active on (any) social media thanks to a busy month at work and then a hysterectomy ~6 days ago. I'm doing okay, just taking recovery seriously. Here's a bouquet my friends gave me last night. 🩷

Just received a box from Japan with some interesting stuff. Quite a few magazines/books (mostly Perfect Catalogues) and a beautiful looking Tomy Pyuuta!
Now to learn G-BASIC in Japanese.

Sharp MZ-2500 is alive and working! At least one FDD works and the tape deck tries to find files. Don't worry about the lack of color; I have it hooked up to B&W Composite for now.
Now it's bedtime!

I was looking through my handhelds for a game I'm missing, and noticed my PSP's back was partially off. Sure enough, the battery was bulging.
