He is bad. Compare what he inherited to what he's got now. It's insane. Totally depleted the farm, still tight up against cap, still no #1 rw, no # 3C, vets aging out with no truly adequate replacement pushing them out, defense even softer, slower, & disorganized. He's not even a great personality!
