It's a riff on the first half of this, which was posted by the official white house Twitter.
Top half is Trump walking on snow to a hilliy frozen hills cape with a Greenland flag on it. He is holding the flipper of a penguin which is carrying an American flag. Obviously idiot doesn't know penguins are south pole only. Maybe it's really Pingu. Below is a meme response. Same landscape. Who posted earlier about a cursed salt pepper set where the salt is ground but the pepper isn't? I present the condiments on the counter in our office break room. These are donated and used by coworkers so it's very much a don't bitch because it's free.
A pepper shaker, a sea salt grinder, a bottle of Frank's red hot sauce, and a bougie sauce bottle labeled hot stuff that isn't.
