I also made a delicious apple and cabbage saute with some cranberries.
Using ghee and olive oil.
Fry your onion and shallots and apples and put aside.
Saute your cabbage. And add chicken broth. Soften then combine apples and onions with cabbage and throw in dried cranberries.
Delicious.

I’m doing meal prep every weekend. Paleo and Whole30 meals mostly. I make 3 dishes and I do this for 3 people so I’m roughly making 18-20 meals a weekend. This was a paleo turkey chili with no beans. But I dolloped a full fat Greek herbed yogurt.
