Stardew Valley is the obvious one, but if you don't want a long term time commitment Unpacking and A little to the Left both scratch a mental itch neither one requires a lot of thought or effort. If you want something more involved Grow Song of the Evertree or Little Witch in the Woods

I also own most albums by my top 5 anyway so Spotify was getting to the point where I was paying to listen to music I already own which was a waste

Not surprisingly I have bought my top album and it's now in my iTunes library on rotation
