The new identity pays tribute to the theatre’s rich history, while updating the aesthetic to a contemporary standard.

There’s nothing better than movie theatre popcorn! This is Christine Goodman at the Garry Theater Canteen.

Renovations to the Garry Theatre begin soon. A board will be formed, and the theatre will be run by an independent, community-led non-profit organization. Opening late 2025 as a space for films, events, and community engagement.
