On the matter of food… as a food creator - since I just posted my little snack - it’s so disheartening to see the volume of AI food accounts that have already made it here. You can’t use one hashtag without seeing them & their ridiculous pics overtaking it. It’s very hard to find real community 😏

When it’s 1000 degrees outside 🥵 Take one ripe, chilled mango & cut into chunks. Drop 1/3 into a jar, mash lightly with a fork, top with coconut yoghurt, hemp seeds + a little granola. Repeat x 2 but don’t squish the rest of the mango. Such a refreshing snack & no cooking required 🙌🏻

A long weekend here means more time to #crochet 😀 I got another octagon done today - which gets me to halfway on that part of this blanket 🙌🏻 My wrists and shoulders have had a workout! This project is a task and a half but I love it and finishing will be so rewarding 💞 #yarn #fiber

One technology challenge after another - amongst other things - made today exasperating 😭 There were lots of cups of tea in a bid to keep me calm though… my favourite kind… a mix of fresh herbs from the garden and dehydrated fruit with a dash of fermented honey 💛

Policing what people post because it makes you uncomfortable reflects a real misunderstanding of social media and how it works. If you know something upsetting is likely to be posted by thousands (or more), the only thing you can really control is if you're in a place where you see it or not.
