The next step would be an executive order requiring that gov agencies (e.g. FDA) can only consider the in-house journals when making regulatory decisions, such as when approving new drugs or food additives. It might even extend to the states or institutions that take federal money (i.e. all of them)

The stimulant-abusing obese octagenarian in the WH may not be long for this world, but the Heritage Foundation has been here for decades and will remain when Dear Leader is gone.

He's been running ever since he was Mayor. I sat next to him on a flight once, had a brief chat, he seemed like a decent enough guy but ever since then it's been pretty clear that his policy positions are determined by opinion polls rather than personal conviction.
