Eggrolls, 2 kinds of stuffed squash, (1-cheese/veggies, 2-roasted apples) fried tofu, stuffed cabbage (rice/lintels), cornbread stuffing, etc.

The beginnings of a vegetarian Thanksgiving 🙌 butternut squash will be stuffed with this rice/lentils mixed with chard leaves and cheese. This smaller squash will be roasted too, as i can't find my 3rd crockpot, and will be stuffed with roasted apples and brown sugar.

Update on the garden.. Just planted some peas, and tidied up a tad. Harvested some grass (for my critters) and a few tomatoes 🍅 (for me) i have no issues with growing carrots in a bucket, either. It's the best place to store them. #gardenlikeitsadepression

Gots new under cabinet lights from an Amazon bin store on a 3 dollar an item day...! Super pleased with em. No idea why they got binned in the first place as they work just fine. People are weird, I guess. As for my piggies, they were cleaned out yesterday, lol. Don't take em long to redecorate.

Garden update.. cool season is here, but some warm season plants are going to overwinter here. Pepper, for instance. I got my very first homegrown one showing itself now. Garlic in the ground now, too. #gardenlikeitsadepression #fu45

Threw together a growbed.. it's holding up rather well so far. & I think i managed to piss off a gopher. Highly recommend when you have hard ass clay "soil". Let them critters do all the work for you. All it takes is a tarp. #gardenlikeitsadepression

Setting up a grow bed and transplanted some crowded plants, also setting up a "gutter system" using stuff from Craidslist freebee page.. that wire shelf there may be all rusted but it still solid. #gardenlikeitsadepression

Food grade epoxy to the rescue! A jar dropped on one of my yarn bowls, breaking the durn thing in half. While I had the epoxy out, I went and did a dip treatment on a set of my doll eyeballs. 1st time I'm handling epoxy and mica powder. In 8 hrs, I'll find out if the bowl is water resistant or not.

Made a special trip today to this great rescue. They recently took in over 400 guinea pigs from a hoarding situation in south LA. All those pregnant bubba-bears will definitely make the piggy count rise. Please support if you can.
