Remembering a Funk Super Star, Mr. Daniel "Danny" Webster (born January 6, 1959 - September 10, 2020). He was an African-American, Co-Lead Singer, Guitarist, and original member of the Funk group, "SLAVE". The band's origin started in 1975 in Dayton Ohio. (May He Rest in Peace).

Happy Birthday to Dawn Silva (born January 2, 1954), who started her career as a background singer for Sly & The Family Stone. In 1977, she joined the Parliament- Funkadelic and later became a member of "The Brides of Funkenstein," she was the only original member of the Brides'.

Remembering a Funk Legend, James Brown (born May 3, 1933 - December 25, 2006). He was the undisputed "Godfather of Funk Music." He was a producer, singer, songwriter, keyboardist, and drummer and played the harmonica and electric guitar. James is gone but not forgotten (RIP)!
