As well as lots and lots of bug fixing, I threw together a little animation effect for when this type of menu closes.

Also been working on an alternate, and more comfortable, interaction method for the 2D areas.

This screen transition might not look very interesting. And that's the point. All the other 2D transitions are swapping sprites within the same GameMaker room. This transition however is a room change. It was such a minor detail that I kept forgetting to fix it. For 4 years!...
