The algorithm clearly doesn’t delineate between good faith criticism of science and the hack grifter content put out by people like Sabine Hossenfelder and it results in both types of content served to the same people (right wing anti establishment types).

I think any new science creator these days fights an uphill battle against the algorithm obsessed with conflict to find their audience.
