Finally done! This piece was somewhere north of 30hours in total and I learned a LOT while working on it! This is, without a doubt, the best art piece I've created so far! Can you find all fifteen pokemon?

Took me about... five years, after a not so great experience at the doctor, but I've finally gotten enough courage to go to a new doctor again. Here's hoping this was a good decision.

In other news, I've started painting warhammer miniatures. Started off as me practicing miniature painting for my 3d printing stuff, and now I own a decently sized Tyranid army.

This is going to be a very, very busy week. I am both looking forward to it and not looking forward to it. Harmonizer is just about done with editing, so time to actually put in effort to look at publishing options.

Well, I achieved a lot this weekend. Cover is tentatively done for Harmonizer, figured out how to make gifs for Twitch emotes, got a major chapter reworked for Harmonizer, got more chapters done for the Sapphire Verdict part 2, and walked for like 5 hours.

Glad that I went to look again later. I only live like 10 minutes from downtown and they're visible with the naked eye! These are night sight photos, but real life is like 30-40% of the brightness in the pictures.

Here it is! After a month and a half of work, I managed to actually create semi-decent concept art for book 1! This was definitely a tough undertaking for me, but learned a lot in the process and am pretty proud of the result!

Finally hit burnout yesterday. I don't know how to describe it except as running an endless marathon and then just hitting that point where you cannot make yourself run anymore, except this was in the mental sense.

There's nothing quite like frantically scrambling around, struggling to meet a deadline, and then, at the last possible moment, asking if anyone in charge is actually aware of what will happen when said work is complete. Anyway, that's how I just blew up my department's sprint today! Hooray!

I think I'm in the final stretch for having new art to post soon. Started working on shading and lighting as well as atmosphere, so... maybe the next week or two it'll finally be done at last?!

Trying to keep my head above water with editing one book, rewriting a separate one, and doing the cover art for the one being edited. It's a lot, but the good news is my art is improving dramatically! Yay!

Plowing ahead on two writing projects at the same time now. Working on fixing the Sapphire Verdict in the afternoons, and then noon is dedicated to editing the first Harmonizer book!
Oh, and I'm working on arting the cover for Harmonizer now. Will hopefully have something to show for that soon.

First draft of Harmonizer will be done tomorrow. Cover character line art is also close to completion. I'm pretty damn certain that my objective of a web release is on pace for late November/early December!

I have been putting in SO MUCH effort on this current art piece. Trying to learn a lot of body proportion stuff and understand how different parts of a body look at different angles. It's been a challenge and a half! Hoping to be done with the linework sometime this month.

Officially started the process of querying agents again today. This is without a doubt my LEAST FAVORITE PART OF THIS, but oh well. In other news, my other book, Harmonizer, is almost done with its first draft! Should be done by Tuesday I believe!
