Was in Tokyo and had to stop at Cafe Reissue for some amazing latte art. They made my puppies in delicious milk foam over a rich hot chocolate. What do you guys think? Did they do great or what?!

So this is a delicacy in Japan called Shirako. It roughly translates to white child and is the Cod sperm sacks. I asked the sushi chef in Tokyo to choose something for me, and he picked this. I didn’t know what it was, and I have to admit, it was good. Definitely would order again. Be Brave and eat!

Heading back on the road. This will be a long one spanning three continents in 12 days. Should be fun!
