I've only started using Bolt properly this last few days so I can't compare the upgrade to before but honestly, the output is near perfect 98% of the time for the code we've been co-creating

It's always been great of course, and has just kept getting better as the weeks tick by, but people forget & get distracted by shiny objects. The best tools are patient, they're in it for the long haul, as am I / are we.

Thanks Irina. It's a privilege to be in a position to have a house to sell, I am fully aware of that, so I'll keep this in perspective. It's just so damaging in the short term & I wish the law was different so that it actually protects people, especially families, better than it does right now.

You're not wrong. 4 months to get to this point: all the negotiating, their questions answered, accommodating their visits (cleaning & tidying every time), the lawyers, estate agents, all for nothing. They backed out on the day with no consideration for my family esp. the kids you know? It's immoral
