There's a point where, I tired out
You get better, and better
And suddenly, I stopped. I lost my progress, my ability to just, sponge it all into myself and carry it. To let my worsening memory problems fizzle it away. Now I just have memory issues and tiredness.
But, I left, & things got better

I guess in my case I haven't really confronted this yet since it's only really two of us active here, and we're both fine with male pronouns and they/them.
I would say, you could try and maybe make a post detailing names and pronouns and pin it. But new folks might oftentimes miss it
