It would be nice to see a woman acting of her own free will in this franchise. Every fem-aligned character is under someone else's control. They definitionally have no agency 🤢

What pisses me off is that my clickthrough-rate does nothing but go up and yet youtube is like "yeah, nobody wants this recommended to them, surely that's everyone"

Are we pretending final fantasy is bad now?

You deserved it. It's a stylish video that presents the franchise's history in a way that's very clear and concise for newcomers. I know you've said in other videos that editing isn't your strong suit but if you were the one who edited that, you knocked it out of the goddamn park

I feel like its a disservice to those with Arachnophobia because exposure to things you're afraid of is a good thing. It's literally exposure therapy.

I'm not saying people should throw money at just an idea, but game development takes resources. You can't expect every employee to work by day and develop passion-projects by night. That's essentially the expectation that your employees will be working 'round the clock

Even on the producer front its fucked up. Companies will ask for a "minimum viable product" when what they're really asking for is a mostly finished game that's ready for release. I don't think they realize that if people had that, the game would be out already

Like I dunno man, people keep telling me the money in Roblox is good and then I get offered a 1099 role with the same payrate I have as a substitute teacher, except my responsibilities are ill-defined and its clear that I'm supposed to step beyond what I'm being paid for

I'm so sorry... You've fallen into our trap

They'll call it a "minimum viable product" too, minimizing the amount of labor it takes to create what they're actually asking for: a nearly finished product that can be released and then patched post-launch.
