A socouyant is usually an old woman, but the good thing with creative expression is that we don’t have to conform to everything about a myth. Especially when this one is supposed to be an analogue to your irl best friend…though you won’t see him for another 4 chapters or so.

So remember that book I was talking about making? Well, I made another chapter of it. Do check it out, it’s a quick read at only two chapters as of writing and I think I do pretty well for myself in them.

I made another character design for MASK this time, this one a draft more than anything.
High elder Sunflower is a symbol more than a person, in my mind. A remnant of Emily’s old life that holds power, but is clearly being eroded by uncertain times. I wonder if he will be swept away…
