For all who seem to misunderstand... Tariffs are fees imposed on IMPORTERS (The people BUYING the goods). This is a TAX on the goods coming into the country. This means that if you want to buy something it becomes MORE expensive for you, NOT the person exporting it from their country.

Ok, so garlic is a thing in our house. There really isn't a concept of too much garlic here. My question is do others refer to the minced garlic that comes in a jar as jarlic? It's one of my favorite things my kids/wife started saying, so just wondering...

I continue to hear references to the term "Free Speech". This reminds of that line from The Princess Bride... "You keep using that word(s)" The ONLY entities required to ensure your speech is not censored are US Fed/State/Local Government entities. Private firms have every right to censor speech.

If you'd ask me even a year ago if I'd be one of those people who exercised 6 day a week, I would have scoffed. Stupid exercise. I've been doing it since May of 2024 and I feel better physically than I have since I was 16. Stupid exercise. It has helped my mental health more though.
