The first time I was on my weight loss journey, I shed the pounds because I wanted to disappear entirely. After gaining the weight back and feeling worse about myself, I took a different approach. I framed self discipline as self love not h8💕. 40 lbs later, it worked!!

Crying because “the clean girl aesthetic” and glp-1s are a symptom of repressive conservative sensibilities and everyone is eating it up.

We must look as thin as possible, while our skin, hair, nails and makeup look perfect. The demand for this invisible labor is insane and expensive.

We have been taught, “the less you eat, the less you will weigh” but this is FALSE. Under eating raises cortisol levels which will cause you to plateau or even gain weight long term. Food is fuel and is meant to be enjoyed!! Set yourself free 💕
